Policies

  • Use at your own risk.  Read all instructions to properly operate equipment or seek help from attendant.  Do not operate unless you comprehend instructions

  • Beware: the floor may be wet.  Always use caution

  • Wash, Dry, Fold Policy:  We do not offer refunds.  You may be compensated for lost or damaged items by store credit  

  • In order to qualify for any form of compensation you, the customer, must provide a detailed list of each item accompanied with the order at time of drop-off every time

  • The detailed list must include, but is not limited to: brand, style/type, color & size of each item

  • The value of the store credit for Wash Dry Fold services shall not exceed more than 10 times our charge for cleaning the order
